Thank you for your submission.

Please allow 24-48 hours for us to process this information and get back to you.

Next Steps

  1. We will set you up with an account on our system.
  2. We will send you secure login details so you can access your file and upload any documents we may need. A list of documents we will and may need are detailed below.
  3. We will log onto your lenders system and check your current lenders Automatic Valuation. Your lenders computer system will never know if you have improved your property, for example, decorated it, installed a new kitchen etc. Home improvements, however small, can improve the Loan-To-Value (LTV) and may improve the interest rates your lender will offer you. If necessary, and if we have time before your current deal ends, we can request your existing lender revalue your property and this may improve the new deal offered.
  4. We will check the new deals available to you from your existing lender.

Documents we will need

  1. Two forms of photographic ID. Normally a copy of the picture page of your passport and driving licence will suffice. They will need to be in date. We need these in order to validate who you are as we are not meeting you face-to-face.
  2. Proof of address. A recent utility bill in your name (if a joint mortgage) both parties. This must be dated within the last 3 months. This is to show our compliance department you still reside in the property.
  3. Bank statements. Good or bad these are required for our file. We need to see, for money laundering checks, the bank account you pay your mortgage payments from. For example, is the account in your name.
  4. Proof of income. This can be payslips, Universal Credit statements, pension statements etc covering the last 6 months. While proof of income is not a requirement to get you a new deal, it is a requirement for our compliance and money laundering purposes.

Documents we may need

  1. A recent mortgage statement from your lender.
  2. If a buy-to-let mortgage, a copy of the tenancy agreement.
  3. A copy of your credit file. (This is to make sure we declare accurately your financial profile if we need to complete a new mortgage application for any reason – (it is very unlikely we will need this)

However, if you are interested to see your credit file, you can get a multi-agency report and a one-month free trial using this link.
