The name rentflow came from a term we use internally to settle contractor invoices, for example an annual boiler service. Rather than pay a landlord the rent in full each month (which could be taxed at their highest rate) we settle contractor invoices from rent as it flows through the system, hence the name rentflow. We are able to provide contractors with good, under 30 days, payment terms and this payment system is a tax efficient process to help Landlords manage their routine property expenses.
Our business has evolved out of the Landmore Property Services business and is here to provide a back-office administration system for mortgage brokers who help their BTL mortgage customers manange their property investments.
